Insurance: Your order is protected in case of loss during transit. All orders are subject to refund in the rare instance of no show packages.

Extra fees?,

Please note that some orders may be subject to additional fees, such as: Customs fees and is up to the buyer to resolve that part of the transaction. Please be aware of the threshold of goods' import laws for your location to avoid any unexpected fees.

Will my order arrive sooner with Protected Delivery?,

If your order is placed before 12:00pm GMT Mon-Thurs then it's guaranteed to be fulfilled the same day.

 

Fragile Shipping (Including antiques and mugs)

There may be a fragile shipping charge on long haul shipping journeys for mugs, these area codes include but are not limited to: Canada, Australia & New Zealand.

Our Antique shipping costs will be calculated at checkout and free delivery is not offered on these products. This is due to the style of shipping this is required for antique items.
